Senior Accountant

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a modern firm of Chartered Accountants based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire.
This small but prominent firm offer a variety of services to their wide range of clients. You will have the opportunity to exercise autonomy over your work and ensure that your work is varied and interesting.

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Review of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
• Review of corporate and personal tax returns.
• Meet with clients both on-site and off-site to perform sign off meetings for accounts and tax returns.
• Develop strong long-term relationships with clients through the management of your own small portfolio of clients.
• Increase the size of your portfolio by taking on new clients.

To qualify for this Senior Accountant opportunity, ideally you should:

• Have at least 3+ years’ Practice experience in a relevant role.
• Can be either AAT, ACA, or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
• Feel confident liaising with clients and colleagues to assist in the growth of the firm.
