Network Engineer (CCNA Certified)

Are you a skilled and passionate network professional? We are looking for a talented Network Engineer with a CCNA certification to join our clients dynamic IT team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision of Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting
• Install, configure and maintain reliable network infrastructures
• Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
• Implement and optimise network security measures.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain up-to-date network documentation and configurations.

Required Qualifications:

• CCNA Certification - must be current
• Experience within an ITIL environment
• Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN).
• Experience with network automation and scripting.
• Understanding of cloud networking and virtualisation.

This role is based 3 days in London, either at the Company HQ or Client sites, with 2 days working from home.
