What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in consultancy-based Cost Management.
• Expertise in feasibility studies, detailed cost planning, and pre/post-contract activities.
• Solid understanding of JCT and NEC3 contracts.
• Strong communication, reporting, and client liaison skills.
• A collaborative mindset and respect for professional growth.
