We have an outstanding opportunity to lead a multifaceted and ambitious team in Lark Music. As an Operations and Claims Team Leader, you will provide first-line supervision, support, and mentoring to your team members, helping them realise their potential and develop their skills. Your focus is to provide the necessary leadership team members need to deliver the personalised, specialist and caring service our customers expect from Lark Music.

This is a full-time, permanent position with the option to work 2-3 days per week in our London office for a balanced work experience.

Overview:

  • Leading a dynamic team at Lark Music, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our musical insurance customer care centre and claims service, reporting into the Lark Music Operations & Claims Manager.

  • Ensure team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and obtain required authorisations.

  • Offer consistent mentorship and training sessions to the team.

  • You will be adept at reading and manipulating data to drive performance and will possess the ability to influence and lead through their team.

Knowledge:

  • Extensive experience in a high-volume contact centre environment.

  • In-depth understanding of operational and customer demand management.

  • Background in insurance or claims would be an advantage

Skills:

  • Ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, ensuring all documentation and communications are of the highest standard.

  • Ability to analyse and interrogate data

  • Strong coaching, motivating, and people development skills

  • Ability to communicate with team and senior stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

Qualifications:

  • Cert CII is preferred
