Who We’re Looking For: We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience, and we provide comprehensive training to support your journey. While prior experience with SEMH, attachment, and trauma is preferred, what matters most is your passion for helping children overcome challenges. If you have experience as a Youth Worker, Behaviour Mentor, or in similar roles, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children with complex emotional needs in a 1-1 setting.
• Confidently manage behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
• Build trusting, professional relationships with students.
• Maintain a fun yet firm presence to guide and encourage.
• Hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car.
