Salary: 19094-19094 per annum

Contract

Summary

We’re looking for a Business Services Co-ordinator to join us on a fixed-term basis until 31st December 2025. You’ll work with the Head of People Change in the design and delivery of change and support the implementation of the National Trust’s new 10-year strategy.

As a member of the Business Services team, you’ll deliver professional and customer focused administrative support to colleagues across the Trust.

What it's like to work here

The People and Business Services Directorate is key to the delivery of our organisational strategy, and you’ll be seen as an essential part of its success.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office 2 days a week. However, there is flexibility on where you’re based at other times. You’ll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.

What you'll be doing

As Business Services Co-ordinator, you’ll support change across the National Trust by developing practical frameworks, support materials, and skills resources to improve and share processes with colleagues.

Using your organisational skills, you’ll plan and schedule meetings with stakeholders across the Trust, helping to streamline ways of working, reduce travel costs, and minimise our carbon footprint.

You’ll also coordinate travel itineraries, prepare presentations, and manage logistics for in-person and online meetings, working with central teams, property groups, and external venues to ensure everything runs smoothly.

You can view the full role profile for this role in the document attached. You don't need to have all the knowledge, skills and experience listed in the role profile; this is just to provide a full picture of what is possible in this role.
