As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in delivering a 5-star client experience, showcasing excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a corporate receptionist, 5-star hotel receptionist, or premium airline cabin crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting: Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring they receive VIP treatment.
• Liaising with stakeholders: Communicate with executive directors, PAs, catering, and AV teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meeting room management: Reserve and prepare meeting rooms using a computerised booking system, maintaining immaculate standards.
• Switchboard duties: Handle occasional calls and transfers (most lines are direct dials).
• Event support: Assist with organising client events and meetings.
• Administrative tasks: Arrange couriers, manage catering bookings, and perform ad hoc administrative duties.
• Attention to detail: Conduct regular floor checks to ensure all client-facing areas are flawless.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in a corporate, luxury hospitality, or cabin crew environment.
• A proactive, professional, and detail-oriented approach.
