Management Accountant

We are partnered with a superb high growth business based in Colchester, looking for a Management Accountant role to progress their career.

They are ideally looking to recruit an ambitious Practice trained ACA or ACCA qualified candidate.

Our client is offering a salary between £45,000 and £50,000, with the opportunity to progress your career, responsibilities and salary.

Responsibilities:

The role is supporting the Finance Director in a busy small finance team getting involved in:

• Produce financial statements and profit and loss accounts,
• Production of  monthly management accounts and reconciliations.
• Review calculations and reconciliation of accruals and prepayments.
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany accounts.
• Preparation of statutory accounts and audit support schedules.
• Assisting with producing analysis and preparing board report information

Requirements:

• ACCA/ ACA qualified
• Strong experience of Audit / Accounts preparation and working to high standards within an accounts environment
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ambition to progress with career
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
