As part of this firm’s succession planning the firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to become Head of Department within its respected property department, assisting existing fee earners and working with other Partners.

As leaders in the field, my client is an established, successful and progressive Law firm based in Reading town centre, offering a wide range of legal services to both private individuals and corporate clients.

The provision of excellent personalised client service is the focus of the firm as well as having a friendly, practical and efficient approach.

The successful applicant must meet the criteria set by the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme to be able to be appointed in this role.

Your case load which could include a large proportion of high value residential properties and from time to some agricultural matters.

You will be responsible for the conduct of residential conveyancing matters including:

  • Sales, Purchases and Re-mortgages
  • Freehold and Leasehold Conveyancing
  • Transfers of Equity
  • Equity Release Schemes
  • Leasehold Enfranchisement
  • Acquisitions of land or property for development

Salary £55 0000-£65,000

This exciting opportunity will enable the successful candidate to assist in promoting, developing and marketing the Property Department.
