Clinical24 Staffing are on the hunt for a driven and enthusiastic Digital Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to get exposure to a busy environment working with customers, different departments and to gain a qualification!

The Digital Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various healthcare settings. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients, and ensuring that all placements meet the highest standards of compliance and quality.  

What will I be doing?

• Becoming an expert on Salesforce. Salesforce is a CRM system – you will use this to update client records and CVs, and become fully proficient in this by the end of your apprenticeship.
• Manage data on Microsoft Packages, such as Outlook, Excel, and Word for tasks and organisation.
• Advertise vacancies on job boards such as Indeed and CV Library, communicating effectively with clients in arranging telephone pre-screening to organise interviews.
• Manage social media channels and post creative and interesting content that can be shared to drive business, and inputting marketing campaigns to keep the social media presence current.  
• Working collaboratively across teams to support recruitment consultants to source new opportunities, utilising Sales Navigator and to source and obtain leads.

You will also handle payroll queries, manage bookings and cancellations of shifts, and contribute to business development activities.

Working week:
40hrs a week.

Salary:
£16,000 per annum.
