I'm currently working with a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Hereford is looking for a talented 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their team.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-line technical support to our clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and implementing IT solutions.
- Work closely with the 2nd/3rd line support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain and update documentation for internal systems and client environments.
What We’re Looking For:
- A solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience in a similar 1st line support role or an IT-related qualification.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and basic networking concepts is a plus.
