Residential Property Partner

This a unique opportunity for a Residential Property Partner to join the London office of a Legal 500 firm.  

You should have at least 10 years' PQE (guideline) gained from a central London or recognised regional firm and have a very good working knowledge of the following (this list is not exhaustive):

• Sales and acquisitions
• Leasehold and freehold
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of Equity
• Lease extensions

There is work in the firm plus significant opportunities to leverage work from supporting service areas and existing/lapsed referrers – however, you should be client facing with the ability to generate new revenue streams and supervise juniors.

A team move would be ideal.
