An exciting opportunity to join the lettings team at Newman Property Experts. Located in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire in a parking friendly business park. We specialize in providing property management services and assisting landlords and tenants with all matters related to letting properties. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Tenancy Manager. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing landlord/tenant matters, overseeing property management including property inspections , renewals, check outs , deposit disputes and rent arrears .

What we are looking for

• Experience in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Property Management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Lettings processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in relevant software (Alto) and tools an advantage
• Relevant certification or diploma in Real Estate or Property Management
• Minimum of 1 years lettings experience

Hours Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

We will encourage and pay for your CELA qualification with ongoing training and support .

Salary £23,500 with potential to earn commission
