Reward Analyst

Reward Analyst role for a fast-paced Architecture firm. You will work as part of the HR team, providing in depth and accurate HR Data Analytics, liaising with senior stakeholders and carrying out admin tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous reward experience is essential.
- Must be well-versed in Excel.
- Power BI experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
