ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Property Fee Earner, you will be responsible for initiating, processing, and completing the full spectrum of residential property fee-earning work for client files. You will handle matters on behalf of clients accurately and reliably, ensuring compliance with the firm's quality and risk management procedures. Additionally, you will play an active role in business development and marketing activities, contributing to the firm's growth and success.

The salary for this Residential Property Fee Earner position is dependent on experience and comes with a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Conveyancer or Paralegal with at least 2-3 years of fee-earning work. You must be efficient, well-organised, and an effective communicator both in writing and face-to-face. A team player attitude is essential, along with a commitment to the firm's mission statement and core values. Proficiency in IT and telephone skills appropriate to modern legal practice is also required.
