Position: Sales Administrator and Dispatch Clerk 

Location: Rayleigh 

Salary: £26000

Responsibilities:

•    Process orders via email, phone, and B2B portal.

•    Plan and allocate stock based on arrivals.

•    Communicate with customers daily.

•    Ensure timely warehouse collections.

•    Coordinate with Stock Planner on stock arrivals.

•    Problem-solve and provide solutions.

•    Check stock on a live system.

•    Contribute to “Operational Excellence.”

•    Book UK shipments on the DPD Portal.

•    Handle special requests (loan, review, exhibition orders).

•    Collaborate with the UK Sales Team.

•    Liaise with the UK Warehouse on shipments.

Requirements:

•    Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is a plus.

•    Familiarity with courier booking portals is beneficial.

•    Ability to multitask and prioritize.

•    Team player with proactive problem-solving skills.

•    Customer-focused with strong communication skills.

•    Adaptable to various situations.
