Responsibilities:

As a Mortgage Processor, you will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of mortgage applications, ensuring that all lender and underwriter requirements are met. Your professional approach will be key to delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will:

• Deliver new Buy-to-Let (BTL) loan originations on behalf of clients.
• Understand the terms and conditions of BTL loans and client lending policies.
• Liaise with solicitors and third parties to fulfil loan conditions and documentation requirements.
• Ensure borrower information is current and accurately recorded.
• Resolve loan completion enquiries from solicitors and identify process enhancements.

We are seeking candidates who:

• Has mortgage experience or experience of working in professional service such as Legal sector, financial, insurance – This is essential.
• Are effective team players with a positive and cooperative attitude.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Have a strong telephone manner and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Are customer-focused with a knack for identifying effective solutions.
• Have knowledge of financial services regulations and BTL mortgages.
• Can prioritize work to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations.
