As a Tax Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering excellent client service, fostering team growth, and driving the success of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, and corporate entities
• Ensuring tax compliance processes are accurate, efficient, and meet deadlines
• Providing expert advice on tax planning strategies to maximise client outcomes
• Leading complex tax advisory projects, such as inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax, and restructuring
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor
• Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Identifying opportunities to expand client services and supporting business development initiatives

• ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with substantial experience in tax compliance and advisory services
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors
• Strong technical expertise in tax legislation and planning strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
• Experience mentoring and leading a team to deliver exceptional results
• Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with tax software and accounting systems is advantageous
