A great opportunity has risen with our client based in North Kent who are currently seeking Forklift Drivers to join their busy warehouse team.

Duties to include:

• Working in a busy and targeted warehouse environment working in a variety of temperatures season dependent
• Operating forklifts
• Making sure the correct stock is provided for production and/or despatch
• Accurately record all stock used
• Any other duties required

The successful candidates will have:

• Previous experience driving fork lift trucks in a factory-based environment
• Valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance licence (in-house is not accepted)
• Ideally worked within Food Production
• The ability to speak, write and understand English to a good level
• A good understanding of Health & Safety
• The ability to start immediately on an ongoing basis

This role offers the following:

• An immediate start, initially employed by Pearson Whiffin Recruitment but with a view to being directly employed by our client on a permanent basis

• Stable weekly pay through PWR initially
• A competitive hourly rate
• Accrued holiday pay, with pension contributions after 12 weeks
