The Role
We are seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to lead and develop a high-performing finance team. This is a critical role requiring a proactive individual who can implement and enhance robust financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.
As the Financial Controller, you will:

• Develop and implement effective financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong technical accounting expertise.
• Have a proven track record of leading a finance team in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrate experience in a private equity-backed business or similar.
• Be hands-on and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced SME setting.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
