Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 - DOE + Commission and Quarterly bonuses
Working Structure: Onsite working

Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
Business Development: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and clients to establish Connexa as a trusted recruitment partner.
Deliver Excellence Across the Recruitment Cycle: Source, assess, and place top-tier candidates in roles that align with their career aspirations.
Innovate and Strategise: Contribute to business strategy, leveraging your insights to enhance Connexa's service delivery and market position.
Foster Exceptional Client and Candidate Experiences: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and relationship management.

What You Bring to the Role
We're looking for Consultant with:
Some experience in some form of Recruitment (All industries are welcome)
Confident sales and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
An unrelenting drive to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results.
