Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bridging Business Development Manager, Mortgage Broker, Specialist Finance BDM or in a similar specialist lending role.
  • Deep understanding of bridging finance and the UK property market.
  • Already a Bridging BDM with a robust network within the North, Midlands, or South regions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexibility to travel across your territory with a full UK driving license.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively, build trust, and influence decision-makers at senior levels.
  • Strong professional integrity and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality results.
