Accounts Assistant - Media

We've got a great opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to work for an entertainment agency. If you're someone with 1-2 years finance experience in industry, then this London-based role could be for you!

Responsibilities:

• Process and code weekly purchase invoices and orders
• Maintain and reconcile accounts monthly
• Input and allocate cash receipts appropriately
• Ensure timely submission of expense claims
• Review and process expense claims and payment runs
• Address invoice, payment, credit card, and expense queries
• Perform general ad-hoc financial tasks and team support

Requirements:

• Strong academic qualifications (AAT / 2:1< undergraduate degree / starting ACCA or CIMA)
• 1-2 years combined industry / intern / placement experience
• Keen interest in the music / creative industries
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong Excellent communication skills, with an enthusiastic and tenacious attitude
