£60 - £70K (DOE) plus Bonus and Excellent Benefits

I am lucky enough to be working with a leading consulting business making huge strides into Automation who is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to progress into Operations Director and eventually the Chief Operating Officer over the next few years.

The business is in a period of sustained growth and is looking to hire a professional who can aid with client engagement and growth.

Operations Manager Specification:

• Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Monitor team performance and address any issues to maintain productivity and morale.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Oversee the adoption of tools and technologies to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with organizational goals.
• Act as a key point of contact for external partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare operational performance reports for leadership review.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Automation Consultancy.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
