Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst role is pivotal for our client's financial success. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be responsible for setting profitable and competitive pricing strategies. The head office for the business is based in the West End (Paddington) and the company are a global leader in the manufacturing of a specific luxury retail product for a number of world-famous brands.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established retail and manufacturing company based in the West End of London. The team are looking to add a Pricing Analyst as the Pricing team grows and becomes an integral part of the finance team. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the Pricing Manager and also working very closely with the Pricing Director. The company are growing very quickly, and the successful candidate will have the chance to work on all the global entities and will have a wealth of exposure to all the different areas of finance.

Description

The successful candidate will:

• Develop pricing strategies and models based on market trends
• Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to understand product demand
• Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our pricing remains competitive within the market
• Work with accounting & finance department to forecast revenue and profit
• Propose pricing adjustments to drive product sales and profitability
• Develop reports and present pricing analysis findings to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Support ad hoc pricing projects as required

Profile

A successful Pricing Analyst should have:

• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Pricing/Merchandising Analyst role (HIGHLY DESIRBALE - from a luxury company)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of pricing analysis and forecasting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams

Job Offer

• £45,000 - £50,000
