As a Residential Property Conveyancer/Solicitor your duties will include

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters from inception to conclusion
• Handling sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions
• You will process cases efficiently and cost-effectively, liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders
• Building and maintaining professional relationships will be key, as will generating fee income in line with agreed targets
