We have a rare opportunity for an experienced negotiator to join a market leading, independent estate agency business in Manningtree.

This agent has a stunning office to work from and deal with a very exciting part of the property market, primarily the upper quartile.

If you are an experienced local agent and want to deal with some of the areas most beautiful homes then this may just be the role for you. 

Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator who is very capable at negotiating offers, undertaking viewings to a high level, appraising and listing homes and generally being a very good all rounder at all sales elements.

On offer will be a basic salary between £24,000 - £26,000 with on target earnings between £35,000 - £40,000. You will be working in a very friendly environment with a close knit team.
