Our friendly client who are based in Guildford are looking for a Temporary Administrator to join their team for a period of 3 months with the potential to be extended. The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience and good attention to detail. You must be process driven, excellent attention detail with a problem solving mindset.

Daily Duties

Processing instructions from customers, brokers and suppliers accurately and timely
Processing insurance certificates, updating insurance codes and damage handling

Providing professional customer service, over the phone and email

Maintaining customer and contract data in the IT systems
