Head of Management Accounts

Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a fast-growth international business, based in Guildford, in their search for a Head of Management Accounts for a 12 month FTC.

This role is a maternity cover, and reports directly to the Group Finance Director. We are looking for someone who is able to commute to the offices in Guildford twice a week and can implement changes as well as attend to BAU activities. 

Responsibilities:

- Monthly review of Regional and Global Management Accounts 

- Ensure controls and management reports are created, produced and reviewed 

- Responsible for group and regional payroll 

- Leading and assisting with statutory audit prep 

- Manage a team of 14 

Experience:

- Qualified accountant 

- Able to implement change and new controls 

- Strong team manager 

- Strong business partnering skills, including with the board 

This role is paying £70,000 - £80,000 p/a.
