Reed Accountancy are working with a leading Financial Services company in Fareham who are seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to play a leading role in the group-wide Risk Team. This is your chance to contribute to the development of our Risk Framework, drive jurisdictional-specific workstreams, and positively impact our risk management practices.

As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will:

  • Continually review and support the risk framework and enhance the risk management procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the risk management of the company.
  • Drive an excellent Risk Culture, leading by example and inspiring courageous decision-making and accountability across the group.
  • Coordination and support of the annual Enterprise Risk Assessment cycle, monitor changes in the operational environment, and drive quarterly reporting processes.
  • Oversee the analysis and reporting of risk events, deliver trend analysis, and coordinate deep-dive investigations into material issues.
  • Analyse risks associated with new business
