About The Role
Principle Responsibilities:
- Maintain company confidentiality at all times
- Stock cleansing and checking
- Checking and Logging of pro-forma invoices
- Processing of supplier orders
- Creating product codes
- Outstanding order liaison
- Currency and price file change updates
- Assisting with the banking process
- To liaise with departmental management on day to day issues
- Ensure all parts order filing is kept updated
- Monitoring and distribution of emails
- Occasional cover on the phones in the event of a shortfall of colleagues
- Promote and maintain safe working practices in all areas
- Report to senior personnel any breach of security or any act of dishonesty by a member of the public, visitor or member of staff
- Any other reasonable duties as required
Limits to Authority: - Comply with operational practice as determined by the Parts Manager
- Comply with Health & Safety Regulations as determined by the Health & Safety Manager
