Customer Service Coordinator - Line Booking Processing (Deep Sea)

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Line Booking Processing team.
The successful candidate will work to ensure all import delivery bookings are handled efficiently and in a professional manner. Excellent communication skills are required, to support both internal and external Customers, answering enquiries quickly and professionally.

How you will help us and what you can expect
Handle and process customer import delivery bookings in a professional manner & ensure timely resolution by phone or email
Process data accurately in a timely manner ensuring that process and procedures are followed
Maintain information on internal systems
Provide support to all Import & Export customer service team as required
Meet targets as specified
Build relationships with teams throughout MSC
Responsibility for ensuring that cargo is released to the legally entitled party once all criteria has been met
