A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor or Associate to join a highly respected firm specialising in Court of Protection matters. This role offers the opportunity to support a Partner under a significant workload, delivering excellent service to clients within a dedicated and experienced team.

As the Court of Protection Associate, you'll provide invaluable support to clients. Your role will involve deputyship applications, offering a professional deputyship service, and applications including gifts and statutory wills. The work is complex and meaningful, making a real difference in managing and preserving the damages in the best interests of the clients.

You'll ideally have at least three years of experience in Property and Finance related to Court of Protection work. The role requires a firm but empathetic approach, with excellent legal expertise and strategic judgement.
