Join our well-established estate agency branch and enjoy the freedom to manage your own diary, work from home one day a week and the rest from the Medway office, as well as covering 2 in 4 Saturdays, and benefit from a steady stream of over 10 pre-qualified leads a week. Main Duties

• Client Acquisition: Actively engage with pre-qualified leads generated by our dedicated introducers.
• Mortgage Advice: Provide expert mortgage advice and protection products tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home one day a week and the busy Medway office, allowing for optimal work-life balance.
• Diary Management: Maintain control over your own schedule and prioritise tasks to maximise efficiency.
• Relationship Building: Collaborate with our team of professional introducers to drive business growth and expand your network.
• Leads: Receive a minimum of 10 new pre-qualified mortgage leads a week.

Key Skills

• Mortgage Qualifications: CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 qualified mortgage advisor or mortgage broker.
• Experience: Proven track record of providing mortgage advice and protection products to a diverse range of clients.
• Local Knowledge: Ideally based in or near Medway (but not essential).
• Self-Discipline: Ability to manage your own workload and work independently without constant supervision.
• Client Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and referral partners.
