Legal PA

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal PA to join this well established and prestigious law firm based in the heart of Surrey.

You will be supporting at Partner and Fee Earner level within the Family Law Division and will need to have experience in this particular practice area.

Duties as follows:

• To provide comprehensive secretarial support for Fee Earners
• Accurate formatting of documents using digital dictation.
• To proof read all correspondence prior to it being sent out to clients
• Responsible for opening, closing and archiving of client files
• Diary management
• Arranging meetings on behalf of Fee Earners and to arrange refreshments if required
• To liaise with clients both on the phone and face to face ensuring that a professional approach is taken at all times in keeping with the firm's standards for client care.
• To undertake on-line form filling requirements including the HMCTS court portal
• To manage the firm's case management system

My client is looking for a competent Legal PA/Secretary who is well versed in supporting at Partner level and who has sound working knowledge of the Family Law practice area.
