You will be working for a multi-disciplinary surveying practice in Lancashire that operates in Lancashire and Cumbria. They offer specialist advice to clients, providing the following services - Property Management, Commercial Agency, Commercial Valuations, Residential Surveys, Student Lettings, Building Surveying, Facilities Management services etc.Your new role
You will be responsible for leading on Red Book Valuations across Lancashire and South Cumbria. This is a great opportunity for an MRICS Valuation Surveyor that is looking for a generous salary with progression to Director.
What you'll need to succeed
MRICS- newly qualified surveyors will be considered
Experience of completing Red Book Valuations on a variety of commercial properties
What you'll get in return
