About Everybody Clinics - Wimbledon Located in the heart of Wimbledon, walking distance to Wimbledon Village our clinic is a haven for beauty and wellness enthusiasts. We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our team and spearhead sales initiatives to enhance the success of our new clinic.

Sales Focus: As the Clinic Manager & Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue through in-depth consultations with clients. Your role will include:

Client Consultations: Dive into conversations that are more like heart-to-hearts. Understand clients' needs, concerns, and beauty goals, and sprinkle your expertise to recommend personalized treatment plans.

Treatment Plan Customization: Work closely with clients to create customized treatment plans tailored to their individual requirements. Provide detailed explanations of recommended services.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest beauty treatments and technologies. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate the benefits to clients.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction. Your goal is not just to make sales but to contribute to the total transformation journey of our clients.

Revenue Generation: Your success in revenue generation will be a key performance indicator. Leverage your sales skills to meet and exceed targets while maintaining a client-centric approach.

Body Sculpting treatments/technology (such as fat freezing, FMS, HIFU, Cavitation and skin tightening)!

WHAT YOU PROVIDE:

• Openness to learn and execute medical grade body and skin treatments.
• Management & sales experience.
• Positive energy and a desire to grow.
• Comfortable working with different bodies and skin.
• Not only driven by sales but building beautiful relationships with clients and helping people feel good about themselves!
• NVQ Level 2 or 3qualification or equivalent
• The right to work and live in the UK

HOURS: Full time, permanent

40 hours
5 out of 7 days on a shift rota basis - some flexibility required. Must be able to work on Saturdays (9am-3pm).
