Production Operative

gap personnel Cardiff are currently seeking Production Operators for a temporary to permanent role based in Pontyclun. You will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced team dedicated to providing exceptional service across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery on site.
• Perform heavy lifting as required.
• Working on a busy production line making concrete sheets.

About You:

• Strong producition work history is essentiall for this role.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Responsible and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Excellent timekeeping skills are essential.

Rotational shift pattern:

Shift 1: Monday to Thursday 6am until 6pm 

Shift 2: Monday to Wednesday 6pm until 6am

Pay Rate:

• Days: £12.40 per hour
• Nights: £14.88 per hour
