Warehouse Operative

Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Basildon
Salary: £24,000 per year + bonus scheme
Hours: Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for dispatch.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe.
• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Support other team members and contribute to overall warehouse operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in a warehouse
• Counterbalance or reach license (inhouse accepted)
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work additional hours or shifts when needed
