Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

THE ROLE

As a Lead Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making within the organization. You will work on a range of cross-functional customer analytics and business intelligence (BI) projects, utilizing tools like SQL, Power BI, and Python to extract insights and tell compelling data stories that impact key business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and visualization.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to solve business challenges using data.
• Leading analytics initiatives to improve customer understanding and engagement.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Data Visualization/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent storytelling and insight communication skills to present complex findings in a clear and impactful way.
• (Desirable) Experience with Python for advanced analytics.
