We’re working with a leading digital agency specialising in web and app builds, seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a short-term contract.

What you will be doing

Managing discovery and deep dive sessions to understand key business objectives and project requirements.

Facilitating discussions with clients to gather, analyse, and document business needs.

Preparing user stories to guide digital development teams.

Providing actionable insights through detailed analysis.

Ensuring clear and effective communication of client needs to internal agency teams.

The experience you need

A proven track record as a Business Analyst in a digital or agency environment.

Strong understanding of digital platforms and processes.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
