About The Role: The Ice and Warehouse Supervisor will support the running of the Ice Machine, Warehouse and the Quality Control function. The Ice and Warehouse Supervisor will step into the Shift Manager role and be the first point of contact for the site’s Ice Production, Warehouse and QC functions when needed. You will be expected to be available during the shift to answer questions about the running of the shift and raise issues with internal or external departments. What You Will Be Doing: - Primary Ice Machine contact, responsible for site Ice Output for their shift - Coordinate Warehouse Teams and support with ongoing training and guidance of team members - Point of escalation for all warehouse teams and QC - Monitoring Health and Safety guidelines and reporting where needed - Co-ordinate dispatch, support with splitting and oversee stock movements - Support with Ad-Hoc Requests and with end of weeks counts - Covering of Shift Manager holidays - Alert Shift Managers to any skills gapstraining requirements Who You Are: - Basic excel skills - Practical knowledge and experience in an operational environment - Work well under pressure and have the ability to meet tight deadlines - Show Competency With Systems Usage and IT ToolsSoftware - Full knowledge of all warehouse and goods in tasks, including QC What you will get in return: - 70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes - Company pension scheme - Gym membership - Bupa private medical insurance (including dental & family cover options) - Electric vehicle scheme - Mental health first aiders and an employee assistance programme - Dog friendly office!
