Building Surveyor

Your new company
A part of a larger business with a turnover £180 million, you will be working as part of the building consultancy team. Based in Manchester, you will be working in a great team environment alongside quantity surveyors, project managers and other building surveyors.
The office is easily accessible via public transport but also offers limited parking at the office.

Your new role
A building surveyor working towards your RICS chartership. In this role you will be working in an office of 200 people with the building surveying team of 7 nationally. If you are looking for a secure, challenging new projects this firm can offer commercialwork, offices, retail, industrial, private sector schools with a value ranging from £50k - £5 million, though a typical project is around £250k.
Recently, the team worked onBarratt Homes commercial offices, retail work for American golf, hotels, £3 million shed extension and £3 million listed barn renovation. I'd say, if you're after a varied workload, this is the place to be.

What you'll need to succeed
If you are a graduate building surveyor with a couple of years experience, working towards your chartership, or a freshly chartered surveyor, I'd love to discuss this role with you.
