Support Worker - South Queensferry

We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team in South Queensferry, supporting individuals with learning difficulties to live fulfilling and independent lives.

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Provide person-centred care to individuals with learning difficulties.
• Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and promoting independence.
• Support individuals in accessing the community and participating in activities they enjoy.
• Work collaboratively with families, other professionals, and team members to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties and providing personal care is essential.
• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Driving license preferred (to support individuals with appointments and outings).
