Property Photographer / Floor Planner

A property marketing company is recruiting a Photographer with Property experience. They specialise in providing photography, floor plans, EPC’s and marketing details to estate agents, property developers and architects across Surrey and the surrounding counties.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Architectural property photography experience, able to demonstrate exceptional photography skills
• Floor plan experience is beneficial, although training is given
• DEA qualification would be beneficial
• Car owner/driver
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Reasonable commute to Guildford area

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• £24,000 - £29,000, dependent on experience
• 24 days holiday + public holidays + birthday off
• Motoring expenses covered
• Company pension
