This role is 100% remote for someone with E-COMMERCE Background and fluent GERMAN ! You will be working with the Germany -based team of one of the fastest growth e-commerce businesses in the world, and your job is to research , locate and engage with new suppliers & vendors with new products that will be sold on the site. You must have an e-commerce background and an established network of vendors and be able to leverage your knowledge of what sells/what doesn't and which vendors are the most reliable and offer the best-in-class service and product spread . This role is very well paid and there is an excellent career path for the right person . The role is 100% remote for someone based in Germany or Austria

LOCATION: 100%remote role based anywhere in the DACH region

LANGUAGE REQUIRED: Fluent German and fluent English

EESSENIAL EXPERIENCE: Vendor management (local seller network )

SECTOR : Retail and E-commerce Platforms

DUTIES

  • Research, develop and initiate conversations with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands with a view to them putting their goods on the e-commerce platform
  • Help merchandise partners establish their presence on the e-commerce platform
  • Help vendors develop a business plans (eg market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and logistics)
  • Do market research and gain an understanding of what customers are buying online ,
  • Help your vendors with plans to help them cope with logistics during high-demand periods such as Christmas
  • Undertake data analysis of consumer trends

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent German & English
  • E-commerce experience
  • An established network of relationships with local sellers in the DACH Region
  • Consumer data analysis skills,
