Our Client is an established agency, with multiple offices, and one of the top 4 largest agencies dealing in Oil & Gas / Marine & Shipping, internationally through the US and Singapore.

Whether you have never been in recruitment before, but want to start, or whether you are interested in changing sectors to one of the above, our client has a second to none training department, where you’ll be supported to become the very best in your industry there.

Salary & Packages:

Trainee Consultant: £22k + £35k OTE

Recruitment Consultant: £25k + £40 OTE

Senior Consultant: £27k +£45k OTE

Lead Consultant: £32k + £55k OTE + £4k car allowance

Principal Consultant: £35k + £60k OTE + £4k car allowance

Locations:

Southampton, Truro, Wellingborough, Glasgow

Requirements:

• Personality and attitude to your work is everything here!
• You do not have to be a top biller where you are, but you do need the desire to be successful
• A real team player who wants to add value to the people around you.
• A strong desire to be a full 360 recruiter (training provided)
