We are working on behalf of a fantastic school, home to over 250 incredible students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including communication difficulties and complex learning needs. The school is committed to providing tailored opportunities to help every student succeed in their own unique way.

Academics is looking for a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join this team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional learning experiences for students with cognition and learning difficulties, helping them develop the skills they need to thrive in the real world. A key part of this role is utilizing Total Communication strategies-whether through speech, signs, symbols, or assistive technology-to ensure students can communicate and express themselves in ways that work best for them.
