Associate Director - Quantitative Research

Harnham is working with a healthcare research agency with a mission to help people live longer, healthier lives without unnecessary healthcare costs. They are global leaders in their field, and are looking for an Associate Director to work on quantitative research.

THE ROLE:

• Team leadership and development, including managing, mentoring, and appraising team members
• Operational oversight
• Issue resolution, including investigating and managing project escalation and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve client satisfaction and performance
• Process and policy enhancement
• Client service optimization
• Administrative management

Projects may include;

• Programming
• Intricate sampling
• International
• Translations
• Patients

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5-7 years market research experience
• 3+ years medical research project management experience
• Quant management experience
• Line management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
