Job Summary: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying leads to build a strong sales pipeline. This role focuses on prospecting, initial engagement, and scheduling meetings with potential clients interested in tech-driven CX solutions and BPO services. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, the SDR plays a critical role in identifying opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

? Research and identify potential clients in the UK market who may benefit from tech-driven CX solutions and BPO services.

? Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and marketing databases to find and connect with prospects.

? Conduct cold outreach through calls, emails, and social media to initiate conversations and generate interest.

Qualification and Pipeline Building:

? Engagewith prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.

? Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and hand over to the sales team for further engagement.

? Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to support revenue growth targets.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:

? Workclosely with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.

? Collaborate with marketing to leverage content and campaigns for lead nurturing.

? Provide feedback on market trends, prospect pain points, and campaign effectiveness.

CRMManagement and Reporting:

? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.

? Track and report on KPIs such as outreach metrics, lead qualification rates, and meeting schedules.

? Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline development and progress toward targets.

Market Research and Insights:

? Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the contact center and BPO industries.

? Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and craft personalized outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

? Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

? 1-3years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.

? Experience in the BPO or CX technology industry is preferred but not required.

Knowledge and Skills:

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

? Proficiency in CRM tools and sales enablement software.

? Resilience and adaptability in managing rejection and maintaining high activity levels.

? Aresults-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

? Basic understanding of tech-driven CX solutions and BPO services.
